What is the program about?
Jack shows people how they can buy properties that are about to go to Tax Deed sale for as little as $50-$100 (free and clear and without a mortgage) and then do NOTHING….DON’T pay the property taxes…just let the properties go to Tax Deed Sale and then collect a potentially large check when the property sells for more than what was owed in back taxes.
Jack has done several of these deals and he has made between $3,400 and $55,000 and he has never paid more than $100 for a property! Pretty good returns, right?
