Renee I’ve been following your blog and I’m just starting all this myself. Just wondered what advantages you find in buying the land out right instead of just getting it under contract and then assigning the contract? Thanks.

Both good strategies, however, you stand to make more money when you own and sell it yourself rather than taking a small finder’s fee. I haven’t yet assigned a contract but it’s definitely a good strategy when you want to build cash to find those you want to purchase. Welcome to the blog!
